Returns

• To qualify for a full refund (excluding shipping costs), the merchandise must be sent back to our warehouse in Karachi, Pakistan.
• Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will issue your refund.
• The merchandise must not have any tears, scratches, or noticeable damages to qualify for a return.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
• You will bear the shipping costs to send the item to our warehouse in Karachi, Pakistan.
• The merchandise must be free of any tears, scratches, or visible damages to be eligible for an exchange.

• All items must be returned or exchanged in their original condition, including tags and packaging.
